Administration
What admins can manage — users, organizations, and the shared model configuration that every run in the workspace depends on.
When your user role is admin, the settings overlay grows an Administration group with three sections. These control the workspace everyone else works inside.
Users
Manage every account in the workspace: search users, review their status and role, and handle account-level administration.
Organizations
Oversee the organizations in the workspace and their membership.
Models
The heart of Dr Moot administration — and the section with the widest blast radius. Two controls:
- The model roster: the curated pool of AI models available anywhere in the product.
- The role matrix: which model fills each seat, in each mode, by default — plus the supporting roles (Auto router, Moot consensus checker).
Every user's runs, every mode, and every "Use system default" setting resolves through this configuration. It gets its own page: Model configuration.
Changes here affect everyone
Roster and role-matrix changes take effect for all users' subsequent runs — including users who pinned personal overrides, if the model they pinned is disabled (their seats revert to your defaults). Test affected modes in the Lab after saving.
Plans and Limits
What Light and Pro include, how the monthly token budget works, what counts as usage, and exactly what happens when you hit a limit.
Model Configuration
Run the shared model roster and the role matrix — adding models, controlling vision, assigning every seat, and rolling out changes safely.
