Dr Moot

Settings

A map of the settings overlay — account, security, notifications, billing, organization, and where the Dr Moot–specific preferences live.

Settings open as an overlay from your user menu — you configure without leaving the Lab. What you see depends on who you are: everyone gets the Account sections; Organization sections appear when you have an active organization; Administration sections appear when your user role is admin.

Account

General

Profile basics — name, email, avatar, interface language — plus the two Dr Moot–specific preferences:

  • Review style — whether the reviewing model gives a balanced critique or argues the opposing view.
  • Model overrides — pin your own model choices per seat and mode.

Both are covered in depth in Account & models. Account deletion also lives here.

Security

Password (set or change), passkeys, two-factor authentication, connected social accounts, and a list of your active sessions with the ability to revoke them.

Notifications

Per-type preferences for in-app and email notifications:

  • App updates — product news and changes.
  • Usage threshold — you're approaching your monthly token budget.
  • Usage limit — you've reached it.

The usage alerts are worth keeping on: they're the difference between planning around your budget and discovering it mid-question.

Billing

Your current plan, the customer portal for invoices and payment methods, and the usage meter showing tokens consumed this period against your budget. How plans and budgets work is covered in Plans & limits.

Organization

Visible when you have an active organization:

  • General — organization name and settings.
  • Members — invite, remove, and manage member roles. Organization admins see management controls; members see the roster.
  • Billing — the organization's plan and invoices.

Administration

Visible when your user role is admin — user management, organizations, and the shared model configuration (roster and role matrix). See Administration.
